Springtime in May

We began celebrating May with some Mexican culture and Cheese Quesadillas for Cinco De Mayo.  Mothers were honored on Mother's Day with a homemade breakfast and flower craft.  A coffee cake from scratch rounded out the month by using the season's freshest berries!
